Root canal treatment is a treatment method applied in cases where the tooth root is affected due to decay or various traumas. The purpose here is to prevent tooth loss and keep the jawbone active by ensuring that the tooth performs its normal functions.

What Should Be Considered After Root Canal Treatment

Hard and crusty foods should not be consumed until the root canal treatment is complete.
Daily dental cleaning should be done meticulously. Teeth should be cleaned gently twice a day with circular motions, considering the sensitivity of the teeth.
To prevent infection after root canal treatment, dental floss should be used once a day. The recommendations of our specialist dentists should be followed when using dental floss.
Sticky and sugary foods should be avoided for a while after root canal treatment.
